Yes, there is a way. Go to your StaticNode staff portal and click "Clients" and then "Manage User's". After that happens find the user your helping and click on their name. When the popup show's saying small little details Click under "Client Name" their name. And then you'll see "Invoices/Billing"

How can i change a client's password?

Go to your StaticNode staff portal and click "Clients" Under Action's you should see a arrow, click that arrow and it should say "Reset Password" Click that, and click "OK" the user will now receive a password reset email.

Are we allowed to give credit's?

Unfortunately, only higher-level staff members have access to Manging Credit's due to security reasons. Clients needing assistance with issue's regarding that can contact our Support Supervisor or higher-level staff for assistance.

What do i do if i lose my password for my staff portal?

If a staff member encounters a situation where their password is lost or forgotten, they are advised to promptly inform management, such as the Support Supervisor or Support Team Lead or Higher, to initiate the necessary password reset procedure.
